My 99 Resolutions – In Black and White.

Ninety-nine promises for 2014…

I will write more.

I will drink less.

I will spend more time with my nieces and nephews.

I will ride my bike at night more.

I will refrain from yelling.

I will try to emulate my perfect mother, so that I may be great with my children one day, like her.

I will practice more yoga.

I will spend more time with my friends.

I will be crazy.

I will embrace my individual style.

I will go with my gut.

I will be a more vocal hippy.

I will watch the sunset more often.

I will go out and listen to more live jazz.

I will master the study of Anatomy and Kinesiology.

I will practice Reiki more.

I will forget the past.

I will drink more water.

I will live a life of service to others.

I will make more wishes.

I will annoy my little sister by showering her with copious amounts of love.

I will grow more of my own food.

I will listen to eccentric music more often.

I will be weirder than ever.

I will listen to more of Terence McKenna’s lectures.

I will learn more about plant medicine.

I will be as awesome at volleyball as I was in my youth.

I will go on a date with a girl.

I will rebel.

I will protest.

I will dance.

I will master the pole.

I will not apologize for my behaviour or the company I keep.

I will help children.

I will do aerials just as I did as a child.

I will be a better best friend to my little sister.

I will voice my opinions.

I will be stronger.

I will spend more time with my grandparents.

I will eat more raw foods.

I will explore the ocean.

I will avoid harmful indulgences.

I will go topless on the beach once again.

I will re-train myself as a ballerina.

I will stop wasting time doing nothing.

I will allow others to come into my world.

I will spend more time with my feet in the sand.

I will be the master of my emotions.

I will be an amazing acrobat once again.

I will dance to hip hop.

I will continue to transform my body into a work of art.

I will fight against ignorance.

I will surround myself with like-minded individuals.

I will take more stupid selfies.

I will be more daring.

I will remind myself that not everything is as it seems.

I will embrace my dark side.

I will defy gravity.

I will enjoy being a sexy woman again.

I will whirl and read more Rumi.

I will take more sailing lessons.

I will master the art of Thai Yoga Massage.

I will take up photography.

I will take another vacation alone.

I will spend more time outdoors.

I will meditate regularly.

I will embrace my wild side.

I will enjoy the beauty of the earth.

I will stop rejecting men.

I will not be afraid to be different.

I will be less dependent on my car.

I will nurture my inner cowgirl.

I will wear more white.

I will embark on a new journey of healing others.

I will listen to the cello more and perhaps pick one up again.

I will resist.

I will be elegant.

I will read more.

I will submit.

I will continue to seek the truth.

I will wake up.

I will wear a dress in the rain.

I will swim more.

I will try to be one with animals.

I will revel in my solitude even more.

I will learn to disappear.

I will be myself.

I will break out of my cocoon.

I will fly.

I will light up the darkness.

I will follow my guru, Alan Watts. Physically he is gone, spiritually he remains.

I will see the duality of everything in existence.

I will play.

I will pray.

I will use my imagination.

I will marvel at the sky.

I will find another brave soul.

I will be mysterious.

I will love myself.
